Set bet and raise sizes
Build each player's postflop action menu, including street sizes and all-in settings.
A solver chooses among the actions in its tree. The sizes you allow are part of the question, so an absent size is not a size the solver considered and rejected. Configure the action menu in Solver Settings → Bet sizes.
Set sizes for each player and street
Check the player and street before editing. The settings separate Flop, Turn, and River, with Bet, Raise, and Reraise options for each player.
Use the displayed size controls to change or remove a size. Choose Add size to enter another percentage of the pot. For example, a 50% opening bet means half of the pot at that decision. These entries are percentages, not BB amounts or “raise to” totals; when you follow the solved line, read the actual action amounts shown there.
Each menu supports up to four sizes. Start with the sizes that matter for your question. A long list of nearly identical options makes the result harder to interpret and increases the work required to solve the tree.
Handle all-ins explicitly
Use Add All-in when you want a full-stack option in that menu. It is a separate choice from typing a large pot percentage and still counts toward the menu's size limit.
The Advanced controls also affect which actions are available:
- Force all-in threshold rounds sufficiently large bets, relative to the remaining stack, to a full all-in.
- Add all-in threshold controls automatic inclusion of an all-in option using the stack-to-pot relationship.
- Maximum of … raises per street limits the betting sequence; the opening bet counts toward this limit.
These controls can affect the resulting tree even when the visible percentage sizes look unchanged. Keep them fixed when comparing two ordinary bet-size choices.
Copy a street only when you intend to replace it
Copy Flop to Turn & River replaces the current turn and river sizes with the flop configuration. It is a shortcut, not an additional set of options.
After copying, check both players and all three streets. A small flop c-bet menu may not answer the same question as a polar river betting menu. Adjust the later streets where needed before applying.
Apply and interpret the available actions
Choose Apply, wait for the solution, and follow the action line to the decision you want to inspect. Verify the actual available actions, especially when stack limits or all-in thresholds are relevant.
Read frequencies together with EV where available. If two offered sizes have very similar EV, a difference in frequency alone does not establish that one is universally better. To test another size, change that part of the menu and solve again while holding ranges, board, stack, pot, and rake fixed.
