Cookie Policy
Effective date: Pending confirmation
Last updated: 12 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ASTRA LOGIC TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (“GTO Fisher,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on gtofisher.com, its subdomains and the GTO Fisher web application (the “Service”).
Read this Policy with our Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, software-development kits, tags and identifiers that store or access information on a device or measure use of a service.
These technologies may be set by us (first-party) or by a provider whose service we use (third-party). A session technology ends when the browser session expires; a persistent technology lasts until its stated expiry or deletion.
2. Categories we use
2.1 Strictly necessary
These technologies are required to deliver a feature you request or protect the Service. They may:
- maintain sign-in and authenticated sessions;
- prevent cross-site request forgery and other attacks;
- route traffic, balance load and maintain availability;
- enforce private-beta access controls;
- remember privacy choices;
- detect abuse, scraping, account compromise and prohibited automation; and
- preserve a checkout session.
They cannot be disabled through our consent tool because the Service cannot operate securely without them. You can block them in the browser, but the affected feature may stop working.
2.2 Preferences and functionality
These remember choices such as language, appearance, layout and saved interface preferences. We request consent where applicable law requires it. A preference essential to a setting you expressly requested may be treated as necessary for that request.
2.3 Analytics and performance
These help us understand whether pages and features work, how long they take to load, which errors occur and how the Service is used in aggregate. Where required, they remain off until you consent. We configure analytics to minimise data and do not use them for behavioural advertising.
2.4 Advertising
We do not currently use third-party behavioural advertising cookies or pixels, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles across unrelated websites. If that changes, we will update this Policy and obtain any consent required before setting them.
3. Technology schedule
The technology table displayed with this Policy lists actual cookies, local-storage keys and other active device-access technologies by name or pattern, provider, domain, purpose, category and duration. It distinguishes anonymous-looking identifiers from genuinely anonymous data and includes cookie-free beacons where relevant.
Sign-in, security, privacy-choice storage and a checkout session requested by you may be necessary for those functions. An optional measurement tool does not become necessary merely because it is supplied by a hosting or security company. Non-essential measurement is disabled until you consent under our consent design. The same applies to local storage, pixels, fingerprinting and server-side tracking that depends on optional device data.
Optional providers and categories are disclosed before activation. Exact names and lifetimes follow the measured technology table, rather than example cookie names. Payment pages carry the checkout provider’s own relevant information.
4. Server logs are not always cookies
Hosting, content-delivery and security systems may automatically receive IP address, request time, browser and response information when a page is requested. This can occur without storing a cookie. We explain this processing in the Privacy Policy and retain identifiable logs only as long as reasonably needed for security, diagnostics and legal obligations.
5. Your choices
5.1 Consent tool
Where consent is required, our banner or settings panel provides equally visible options to:
- Accept all;
- Reject non-essential; and
- Manage choices by category.
Non-essential categories are off before consent and are not preselected. Closing or ignoring the banner does not mean consent. You can revisit Cookie settings from the site footer and withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
5.2 Browser and device controls
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies and clear local storage. Blocking strictly necessary technology may prevent sign-in, security or checkout. Device settings may offer additional controls.
5.3 Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising. Where a legally recognised browser signal such as Global Privacy Control applies, we treat it as an opt-out for any processing it covers. Because no universal standard currently requires a response to all “Do Not Track” signals, the Service may not respond to other signals.
6. Third-party pages
A payment seller, embedded provider or linked site may set technology under its own notice. We load optional third-party content only after required consent, but a third party controls its own domain and practices. Review the notice shown at checkout or on the third-party page.
7. Changes and review
We review this Policy and the technology register when the product or vendor stack changes and at least annually. A material new non-essential purpose will not be enabled before required notice and consent.
