Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints Policy
Effective date: Pending confirmation
Last updated: 12 September 2026
This Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints Policy (the “Policy”) explains how to report material made available through GTO Fisher that you believe infringes copyright, trademark, database, publicity or another intellectual-property right, and how we review those reports.
This is a global good-faith notice process. It is not a representation that GTO Fisher has appointed or registered a statutory agent in every country, including a United States DMCA designated agent.
1. Service operator and contact
GTO Fisher is operated by:
ASTRA LOGIC TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.
UEN: 202632763H
36 Robinson Road, #21-01
City House
Singapore 068877
Email: support@gtofisher.com
Send notices with the subject “IP Complaint.” Electronic notice is preferred because it can be reviewed and acknowledged more quickly. Postal notices should be marked “Attention: Intellectual Property Complaints.”
2. Scope
This Policy applies to material that we control or can reasonably restrict within gtofisher.com, its subdomains and the GTO Fisher applications or services (the “Service”).
It does not give us authority to remove material from an independent poker room, search engine, social network or third-party website. A report about third-party material may need to be sent to that service directly.
The current Service does not make private AI conversations or practice profiles public by default. We can still review a complaint about User Content, an output, a public page or material submitted through a feature where we have sufficient information to locate it.
3. Before submitting a complaint
Please consider whether the disputed use is authorised by the owner, licensed, in the public domain, or permitted by an exception such as fair dealing, fair use, quotation, criticism, review, research or interoperability. Those exceptions vary by country.
Do not submit a knowingly false or materially misleading complaint. If you are unsure about ownership or an exception, consider obtaining legal advice. We cannot provide legal advice or adjudicate complex ownership disputes with the authority of a court.
4. Copyright complaint requirements
A copyright complaint should include:
- your full name and, if applicable, the organisation and rights holder you represent;
- your email address, postal address and another reasonable contact method;
- identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works;
- identification and precise location of the allegedly infringing material, such as a URL, feature, account, screenshot, conversation reference or other information that lets us find it;
- an explanation of why you believe the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- the country or countries in which the rights are claimed and, if relevant, registration details;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorised;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for the rights holder; and
- your physical or electronic signature, such as a typed full legal name intended as a signature.
Attach only evidence you may lawfully share. Do not send a password, complete payment-card number or an unredacted government identifier.
5. Trademark, database and other rights complaints
For a trademark or other intellectual-property complaint, include as applicable:
- the information in items 1–3 and 4 above;
- the mark, database, design, image, performance, publicity or other right asserted;
- registration number, jurisdiction and status, if registered;
- the goods, services, field or protected subject matter;
- the exact complained-of use and why it is likely to infringe, mislead or violate the asserted right;
- any evidence of ownership, authority, reputation or confusion reasonably relevant to the claim; and
- the declarations and signature described in items 7–9 above.
A domain-name, company-name, contract, defamation or unfair-competition dispute may require different evidence or a court process. We will tell you if the report cannot reasonably be handled under this Policy.
6. What happens after a notice
We may:
- acknowledge the notice and assign a reference;
- ask for missing or clarifying information;
- preserve relevant records;
- temporarily restrict material while reviewing a credible claim;
- notify the person who supplied the disputed material and share the substance of the complaint;
- request proof of licence, permission, ownership or an applicable exception;
- remove, disable, replace or geo-restrict material;
- restore or keep material available after review; or
- refer the parties to a court, regulator or another formal process where the dispute cannot fairly be resolved by us.
An incomplete notice may delay review. We consider the apparent validity of the right, ability to locate the material, authorisation and exceptions, risk of continuing harm, countervailing rights, prior reports and applicable law. A temporary restriction is not an admission of infringement.
We may forward a notice, including contact information reasonably needed for a response, to the person who supplied the material, our providers, advisers or authorities. The Privacy Policy applies. Tell us about a specific safety or confidentiality concern so we can consider reasonable redaction, but anonymous claims may be impossible to verify.
7. Response or counter-notice
If we notify you that material you supplied has been restricted, you may respond with the subject “IP Response” and include:
- your full name and contact information;
- the reference and identification of the material;
- an explanation of your ownership, licence, permission, exception, mistaken identification or other basis for use;
- supporting records you may lawfully share;
- a statement that the response is accurate and made in good faith; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
Where a specific statutory counter-notice procedure applies, we may request the additional declarations, jurisdiction consent or service information required by that law. Do not include a declaration you do not understand or cannot truthfully make.
We may share the response with the complainant. Depending on the evidence and law, we may maintain the restriction, restore material, request a court order or reach another proportionate decision. We do not promise restoration on a fixed timetable where ownership, safety or legal process remains unresolved.
8. Repeat and serious infringement
We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate an account that repeatedly or seriously infringes rights, where appropriate and subject to applicable law. We consider the number and validity of notices, responses, intent, severity, pattern, available alternatives and whether the account holder had a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
We may act immediately where continued availability presents a clear legal or security risk. We do not treat every allegation as proven and do not apply a mechanical repeat-infringer count to notices that are facially invalid, withdrawn or successfully contested.
9. Misuse of the process
Submitting fabricated evidence, impersonating a rights holder, omitting known authorisation, or using the process to harass, suppress lawful criticism or obtain personal data may violate the Terms of Service and applicable law. We may reject abusive reports and restrict a user who materially misuses the process.
This Section does not discourage a genuine report made with a reasonable good-faith belief, even if the report is ultimately not upheld.
10. GTO Fisher intellectual property
GTO Fisher and its licensors own or license the Service Content, including software, interface design, solver trees, solution files, ranges, matrices, frequencies, EV and equity data, explanations, training questions, scoring systems, profiles, graphics, datasets, compilations, trademarks and branding.
The Terms grant a limited licence for lawful personal off-table study. They do not permit bulk copying, public distribution, resale, model training, database reconstruction or removal of rights notices. A reasonable number of personal notes and screenshots for private study are permitted unless a feature-specific notice says otherwise.
“GTO Fisher” and associated logos or product appearance may be protected marks of ASTRA LOGIC TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Third-party poker, product and company names belong to their respective owners. Descriptive reference does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
If you want permission to reproduce or license GTO Fisher material beyond the Terms, email support@gtofisher.com with the subject “Licence Request.” Permission is not granted unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy for legal, process or product changes. The version in effect when a notice is reviewed will apply to procedure, while substantive rights remain governed by applicable law.

13. Statutory procedures and limits of rights
If a notice is handled under a specific statute, its mandatory procedure prevails over general discretion in this Policy. Where the United States section 512 counter-notification procedure applies, a compliant counter-notification includes the statutory declarations under penalty of perjury, consent to the appropriate federal court jurisdiction and acceptance of service; where the statutory restoration conditions apply, restoration follows the applicable 10–14 business-day period unless notice of the required court action is received. Our general complaint email is not a claim of registration as a DMCA designated agent. We will publish accurate registered-agent details before relying on a procedure requiring designation.
Our contractual restrictions do not claim ownership of unprotectable mathematical facts, public-domain material or another person's rights. Mandatory exceptions, lawful interoperability and rights that cannot be restricted remain available. Restrictions on the extraction or reuse of our licensed service, compilations and protected content apply only to the extent permitted by law.
