This Notice explains the boundary between GTO Fisher’s educational software and gambling activity and provides practical responsible-play information.
1. GTO Fisher is not a gambling service
GTO Fisher is an off-table poker education, analysis and practice workspace operated by ASTRA LOGIC TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.
Through GTO Fisher:
- no poker game or betting market is hosted;
- no wager, stake or entry fee for a poker game is accepted;
- no player bankroll, gambling deposit or gambling withdrawal is held or transmitted;
- no prize, jackpot, chip with redeemable value or poker winnings are awarded;
- no rake or percentage of gambling activity is collected;
- no staking, backing, settlement or exchange between players is arranged; and
- no referral payment is earned for sending a user to a poker operator.
A GTO Fisher Subscription buys access to educational software and content only. No money can be won or lost through the Service itself.
2. Off-table study only—no real-time assistance
GTO Fisher is designed for hypothetical study and review of hands that have already ended. It must not be used during an active hand, session, match or tournament or to advise another participant during active play.
The Service does not provide or permit poker-client integration, OCR, live screen reading, HUD or tracker integration, automated hand feeds, overlays, bots or action execution. A second device, delayed stream or manually entered live state does not make real-time assistance acceptable.
Read and follow the complete Acceptable Use and Fair Play Policy. Poker-room and tournament rules may be stricter, and the stricter rule applies to your activity on that service.
3. Education does not guarantee results
Poker involves incomplete information, variance, opponent behaviour, skill and chance. Solver outputs, expected value, equity, frequencies, profiles and AI explanations are models or educational estimates, not predictions of a particular outcome.
We do not promise that GTO Fisher will:
- make you profitable or improve a win rate;
- prevent financial loss;
- identify a certain winning action;
- make gambling safe or suitable for you; or
- satisfy the rules or laws of every poker operator or jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for decisions made outside the Service, including whether, where and how you play.
4. Adults and geographic availability
The Service is only for persons who are at least 18 years old and at least the legal age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. Do not create an account for, share access with or submit information about a person who does not meet this requirement.
Eligible adults in Mainland China may use the Service subject to applicable law and specifically disclosed restrictions. Availability in any location does not mean that online poker, a particular operator or use of study software is lawful there. You must comply with local law and operator rules and must not use a false location to evade a restriction.
5. Responsible-play principles
If you choose to participate in poker outside GTO Fisher, consider these safeguards:
- decide in advance how much money and time you can afford to spend;
- treat money used for play as an entertainment cost, not an investment or source of income;
- never use money needed for housing, food, debt, education, healthcare or other essentials;
- do not borrow, sell assets or use credit to continue playing;
- do not chase losses or increase stakes to recover money;
- take regular breaks and avoid playing when distressed, exhausted, impaired or under pressure;
- keep complete records of time and spending rather than relying on memory;
- use deposit, loss, time-out and self-exclusion controls offered by the operator;
- keep study separate from active play; and
- stop and seek help if control, relationships, health, work or finances are being harmed.
Educational study is not a substitute for a spending limit, self-exclusion or professional support.
6. Signs that play may be causing harm
Warning signs can include:
- spending more time or money than intended;
- hiding, minimising or lying about play;
- chasing losses or feeling unable to stop;
- using essential funds, credit or borrowed money;
- neglecting sleep, work, study, health or relationships;
- irritability, anxiety or distress when trying to reduce play;
- repeatedly breaking limits or self-exclusion; or
- believing that software, a system or a “due” result guarantees recovery.
If any of these apply, stop playing and consider contacting a qualified local responsible-gambling or mental-health service. In an immediate crisis or risk of self-harm, contact local emergency services or a crisis service in your country.
7. Self-exclusion and account controls
A self-exclusion or limit with a poker operator applies to that operator and must not be evaded. Do not use GTO Fisher to plan or facilitate circumvention. We cannot change, enforce or remove an operator’s restriction and do not control an operator account.
If taking a break from poker study would help, you may:
- cancel Subscription renewal under the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy;
- ask us to close or restrict your GTO Fisher account; and
- request deletion of eligible personal data through the Privacy Request Form.
Because GTO Fisher is not a gambling operator, closing a GTO Fisher account does not self-exclude you from any poker room. Contact each operator separately.
8. No operator endorsement or referral arrangement
Names, game formats or illustrative references to poker rooms are descriptive. They do not imply affiliation, approval or endorsement. We do not currently receive compensation for referring users to gambling services.
If we ever introduce an external link, we will not present it as a guarantee of legality, safety or results. Any future commercial relationship would require clear disclosure and a fresh legal and payments review before launch.
9. Marketing and claims
We do not advertise GTO Fisher as a way to guarantee winnings, recover losses, obtain “risk-free” profit or defeat a poker operator’s controls. User examples, performance statistics and testimonials are not promises that another user will obtain the same result.
Promotions for the Service concern access to software and educational content, not a gambling bonus, prize pool or stake.
10. Financial and professional advice disclaimer
Information in the Service is not financial planning, investment, debt, legal, tax or clinical advice. If poker activity affects your finances or wellbeing, consider speaking to an appropriately qualified adviser or support provider who can assess your circumstances.
11. Questions or account-support requests
Email support@gtofisher.com with the subject “Responsible Play” for questions about this Notice or to request reasonable help restricting or closing your GTO Fisher account. Do not send a poker-site password, full card number or unnecessary health information.
We can assist only with GTO Fisher. We cannot provide counselling, manage poker funds, contact an operator as your agent or guarantee that an operator will implement a request.
12. Changes
We may update this Notice to reflect product, legal or responsible-play developments. A change will not convert GTO Fisher into a gambling service. Any proposal to add wagering, player funds, prizes, operator referrals or live assistance would require separate product, legal, compliance and payment-provider approval before implementation.

14. Meaning of this notice
This notice describes the permitted product and funds-flow boundaries. It is not a licence, a regulator’s determination, a payment provider’s approval, or permission from a poker operator. An education label does not override applicable law or a payment provider’s category restrictions. Availability of a payment method does not establish either approval or the legality of poker in your location.
