AI Features and User Content Policy
Effective date: Pending confirmation
Last updated: 12 September 2026
This AI Features and User Content Policy (the “Policy”) explains how automated features in GTO Fisher work, how prompts and other content are handled, and the rules that apply to those features. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Scope and operator
This Policy applies to Fisher, features labelled “AI,” automated explanations, solver-node retrieval, file or hand analysis, educational profiling, recommendations and other machine-assisted functions available through gtofisher.com and its subdomains (together, the “AI Features”).
The Service is operated by ASTRA LOGIC TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., UEN 202632763H, 36 Robinson Road, #21-01, City House, Singapore 068877 (“GTO Fisher,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. You are interacting with AI
An AI Feature is an automated system, not a human coach or support representative. The interface will identify an AI interaction in a reasonably clear way. An answer may combine generated text with retrieved solver information, rules, templates or other Service Content.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, outdated or mapped to the wrong solver node. It can misunderstand a prompt or omit relevant assumptions. Always check important information against the displayed node, source data and your own judgment.
AI output is educational information. It is not legal, financial, tax, gambling, mental-health or other professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of poker results.
3. Off-table educational use only
AI Features may be used only for lawful study away from active play. You must not request, receive, relay or use AI output during an active hand, session, match or tournament, or connect an AI Feature to a poker client, screen, hand feed, tracker, overlay, bot or action system.
The complete rules—including what counts as real-time assistance—are in the Acceptable Use and Fair Play Policy. The Service does not accept wagers, hold player funds or award poker prizes. See the No-Gambling and Responsible Play Notice.
4. User Content
“User Content” includes prompts, AI conversations, attachments, hand or spot descriptions, completed hand histories, notes, saved configurations, feedback, support communications and other information you submit.
As between you and us, you retain your rights in User Content. You are responsible for it and must have all permissions needed to submit and process it.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, transform, analyse and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the feature you requested;
- retrieve solver nodes and generate explanations;
- score practice, create your educational profile and recommend study;
- preserve conversation history or settings you choose to save;
- secure, back up, troubleshoot and support the Service;
- prevent fraud, prohibited real-time assistance and other abuse;
- comply with law and enforce our agreements; and
- improve products only as permitted by Section 8.
This operational licence ends when the relevant content is deleted from active systems, except for limited backups, legal or security records, and aggregated or genuinely de-identified data.
5. What not to submit
Submit only information reasonably needed for off-table study. Do not submit:
- an active hand, live game state or request for a current poker decision;
- another person’s private hand history, message or account data without lawful authority;
- a password, authentication code or secret for another service;
- a complete payment-card number or card security code;
- a government identifier, precise location, medical record, biometric identifier or other highly sensitive information;
- material that infringes privacy, confidentiality, copyright, database or contractual rights;
- malware, exploit code intended for harm, or unlawful content; or
- information an operator’s rules prohibit you from uploading.
When a Completed Hand includes other players’ information, remove or pseudonymise real names, usernames and unnecessary identifiers where practical. Do not use an AI Feature as a storage system for your only copy of important material.
6. How inputs are processed
To answer a request, we may process:
- your prompt, selected conversation history and attachment;
- the selected game, stack, position, action, board or other study configuration;
- relevant solver nodes and Service Content retrieved for context;
- account, language and feature settings;
- security and technical information needed to deliver the request; and
- your feedback about an output, if you choose to provide it.
We minimise context to what is reasonably needed. If a contracted AI or infrastructure provider processes a request for us, we require contractual and technical controls appropriate to the risk, including restrictions on independent use of private inputs and outputs.
The providers processing production requests appear in the Service Provider and Subprocessor List. We will update that list before enabling a production third-party provider that processes private AI content. The list includes processing locations and relevant provider retention. A payment provider is not an AI provider merely because it bills the subscription.
7. Storage and deletion
AI conversation text and extracted content are retained until you delete the conversation or close the account, plus normally up to 30 days for active-system deletion and up to 90 additional days in restricted backups. An original uploaded file is retained for up to 30 days unless the interface clearly offers and you select longer storage. A shorter feature-specific period may be shown in the interface.
Security, abuse, transaction and legal records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary. Deleting a conversation does not necessarily delete a support ticket, a lawful investigation record or genuinely de-identified statistics derived before deletion.
Where available, use the conversation delete control. You may also request deletion, access, correction or export through the Privacy Request Form. The Privacy Policy explains retention, exceptions and rights.
8. No default training on private content
We do not use the content of private AI conversations, attachments, completed-hand inputs or private notes to:
- train or fine-tune a general-purpose AI model;
- build a commercial training dataset;
- improve systems for other users; or
- publish prompts, outputs or examples,
unless you make a separate, informed and affirmative choice to participate.
This optional choice is not bundled with acceptance of the Terms, account creation, necessary processing or marketing. It is off by default, is not required for core features and is not a condition of the same price or quality of core Service.
8.1 Information shown at opt-in
Before an opt-in, the interface or linked notice will identify:
- the categories of content included and excluded;
- the specific research, evaluation, training or improvement purpose;
- whether human reviewers may see samples;
- recipients or provider categories;
- the retention or programme period;
- safeguards such as minimisation or de-identification; and
- how to withdraw.
Silence, continued use and a preselected toggle do not constitute consent.
8.2 Withdrawal
You may withdraw through Data Controls, where available, or email support@gtofisher.com with the subject “AI Improvement Opt-Out.” Withdrawal applies to future optional use and does not affect core features.
After withdrawal we stop adding your private content to optional improvement work and remove eligible identifiable source copies and pending evaluation or training items, subject to lawful retention. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing lawfully completed earlier. A model is not automatically anonymous merely because training is complete: any continuing personal data remains subject to applicable deletion, restriction and other rights. We do not promise that every completed analysis can be undone; before any programme begins we must explain its limits and use a lawful design that supports your rights.
8.3 Operational analytics
The opt-in rule does not prevent service-essential processing, security review, troubleshooting a request you report, or use of aggregated or genuinely de-identified statistics that are not reasonably linkable to you. These uses remain subject to the Privacy Policy.
9. Human review
Authorised personnel may review limited User Content when reasonably necessary to:
- respond to a support request you initiate;
- investigate an output you report;
- address security, fraud, infringement or prohibited-use concerns;
- comply with law; or
- perform optional research for which a valid opt-in permits human review.
Access is limited by role and purpose. Reviewers must follow confidentiality and security requirements. We do not routinely read private conversations for curiosity, advertising or general training.
10. Educational profiles and recommendations
The Service may automatically analyse practice answers, selected configurations, accuracy, completion, frequency and recent activity. The general logic compares that activity with answer keys, solver data and learning objectives to calculate educational scores, identify apparent weak areas and prioritise study topics.
These outputs only affect what the Service displays or recommends. They do not determine access to employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, public benefits or another similarly significant opportunity and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects.
You may ignore a recommendation, change practice settings and contact us if a profile appears incorrect. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Rights in AI output
Subject to the Terms and your plan, you may use the text of AI output for your personal study. AI output may not be unique and the same or similar output may be produced for other users. We do not promise that an output is copyrightable, exclusive, accurate or free of third-party rights.
The permission to use generated text does not transfer ownership of underlying solver trees, datasets, ranges, matrices, retrieval context, software, branding or other Service Content. You may not use output to reconstruct protected datasets, publish substantial paid content, train a competing system or provide real-time assistance.
If an output appears to reproduce protected third-party material, do not publish or commercialise it without checking the necessary rights. Report suspected infringement under the Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints Policy.
AI identification and provenance notices supplied with an output must remain with an export where required. Do not remove a required AI label or present generated material as a verified human assessment.
12. Feedback
If you voluntarily rate an answer or provide a suggestion, we may use that feedback to operate and improve the Service without payment. This feedback permission does not, by itself, authorise use of the private prompt, attachment or conversation for general model training. Any optional programme that needs the underlying content remains subject to Section 8.
13. Safety, security and moderation
We may use proportionate automated and human measures to detect malware, attacks, credential misuse, prohibited real-time assistance, bulk extraction and other violations. We may refuse a request, remove content, limit a feature or suspend access in accordance with the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
Do not rely on an AI refusal or moderation control to determine whether conduct is lawful. You remain responsible for your request and use. A mistaken restriction may be appealed by emailing support@gtofisher.com with the subject “AI Feature Appeal.”
14. Service changes and availability
AI Features may change as models, solver content and safeguards evolve. A feature may be unavailable, rate-limited or withdrawn for maintenance, security, provider restrictions or legal reasons. We will address a material reduction of a paid plan as required by the Terms and applicable consumer law.
15. International processing and privacy rights
AI and infrastructure providers may process data in Singapore, the United States and other disclosed locations, subject to appropriate transfer measures where required. Current confirmed provider information and change practices are at /legal/subprocessors.
For details about legal bases, disclosures, security, transfers, retention and regional rights, read the Privacy Policy. Privacy requests may be submitted at /legal/privacy-request.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy for new features, providers, risks or legal requirements. If a change materially expands optional use of private content, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain a new affirmative choice where required. We do not treat a policy update alone as consent to model training.
